Art makes us feel something: Art makes us happy, or relaxed, or nostalgic. Regardless of your preference, art can create a mood and help you spread that energy in your space.
It’s about you: Art is an easy way to incorporate your personal style into a space. Whatever you choose to display in your home says something about you. When you choose art that “speaks” to you it’s an easy way to say “hey, this is me and this is my place”.
You don’t like blank walls: It’s overly-simplistic but art is one way to make your space feel finished and grown up, instead of like there’s something missing. Staring at empty walls when you come home at the end of the day isn’t as enriching. If there’s something to contemplate on the wall you can be transported to a different place or time.
It’s no longer expensive: It used to be that if you wanted art for your walls you had to spend a lot of money. Original art is not cheap and if you can afford it by all means, go for it. Purchasing an original is totally worth it, especially when it is local place you know or somewhere you would love to visit! Matting is automatically ordered in white unless otherwise stated. Most colours are available on request.
