Lest We Forget
Anzac Day is a time of reflection and remembrance—a day when we honour the brave Australians and New Zealanders who have served and sacrificed in wars, conflicts, and peacekeeping missions. It’s also a moment to acknowledge the strength and resilience of all who have served, and the families who have supported them.
This year, I headed down to my local community at Wangi Wangi on beautiful Lake Macquarie to capture the annual Anzac Day parade along Dobell Drive to the RSL.
While my usual focus is on weddings and families, I truly value photographing local events like this one. They remind me how special our communities are and how important it is to preserve these shared moments in time.

There are plenty of photos to scroll through, and I hope they reflect the spirit of the day. Please feel free to tag and share if you spot someone you know—and if you’d like a copy of any particular photo, email me at leftofthemiddlephotography@gmail.com or contact me via my website.
With gratitude,
