By accepting these terms you are legally bound by the terms and conditions set forth below. Please retain a copy of the terms and conditions for your records. By accepting the terms you acknowledge that you are at least eighteen years of age, the legal age to form a binding contract.
– Travel is included for free if the venue is less than one hour away from postcode 2264. If travel is more than one hour from postcode 2264 66c per kilometer will be charged. You will be required to cover travel expenses including (but not limited to): flights, ferries, car hire, meals and accommodation.
– By signing you are agreeing to purchase your wedding photography with Left of The Middle Photography.
– A non-refundable payment of $300.00 is required at the time of submitting your engagement form to hold the date. Until this is paid your date is not saved. The balance of your payment is required 4 weeks prior to the date of the services required – your wedding day. If fees are not paid in full by this time Left of The Middle Photography reserves the right to withhold the provision of services. If full payment cannot be made at this time, please contact us for payment plan options. If you cancel your contract with less than two weeks notice you are entitled to a 50% refund. Any additional products ordered after your wedding must be paid in full at the time of ordering. If the wedding takes longer than arranged, please ask about how to secure more hours.
– Left of The Middle Photography owns the photographic images produced within your wedding day contract including all copyright on all images created. Left of The Middle Photography grants you the right to use these images solely for your personal use and any purpose usually associated with non-commercial engagement. You do not have the right to use these images for profit or in any commercial, advertising, or third party publication. YOU HEREBY GRANT Left of The Middle Photography PERMISSION TO USE, COPY, PUBLICLY DISPLAY OR OTHERWISE REPRODUCE THE PHOTOGRAPHS Left of The Middle Photography takes at your wedding as well as your name for marketing purposes in any and all forms of media.
– You are responsible for obtaining any and all permits, licences, consents, authorisations and approvals needed for Left of The Middle Photography to photograph you and those attending or involved or participating in your wedding, for Left of The Middle Photography to use in any photography in connection with our usage rights set forth the previous section.
– Left of The Middle Photography requires you to provide a meal (one vegetarian) for your photographer and assistant (non vegetarian) where the total number of hours exceeds 4.
– Left of The Middle Photography strives to achieve the very best images on the day. However we will not be held responsible for unattainable photographs as a result of the clients and/or key individual’s failure to provide reasonable assistance, cooperation or crown control including missed images due to details not revealed to Photographer.
– The client will not hold the Photographer responsible for any accidental injury incurred before, during or post session.
– All images will be uploaded on USB for you to retain. Within two weeks you will be sent a private link to preview selected images in an online gallery.
– The standard turnaround for processed hi-resolution digital negatives is 4-6 working weeks. This may occasionally be extended due to seasonal demand. If you require a faster turn around please let me know as this will incur an extra charge.
